How It Works

I operate a no quibble return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt and return via a tracked method with its complete packaging within 14 days. If you are returning items from outside the United Kingdom you must mark the package contents as “Returned Goods, no Commercial Value”. If you do not do this unfortunately I will have to deduct any resulting customs fees/tax/brokerage charges from the amount I can refund you.

The address cannot be accessed via couriers such as FEDEX etc. Please return via your national postal system I.e. the same route it arrived with you, and do not expedite the shipping (or it may end up being couriered). If in doubt please ask me before posting.

You will be refunded in full upon the safe return of the item in the condition it was sent out in.
