This puffed heart pendant combines two looks in one so maximize her use. One one side are rubies, the other is covered in sapphires. Such a sweet look and a perfect gift if you don’t know a ring size. The heart minus the the bale measures 15mm x 13mm. Completing the look is a simple 17inch chain.
The total combined weight is 2.91g and she’s hallmarked for 1993.
