Wow, if you want vibrancy, then this has it in spades, what a delight this piece is. There is an oval synthetic sapphire of 10mm by 8mm, held in a setting of which the shoulders have been thoughtfully designed to aid light getting around the stone. The shank bears a sponsor or makers mark of W&G alongside a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1993.
