Time Period: 1960s
Gemstone: Zircon
Gem Colour: Blue
Material: 9ct Yellow Gold
Stone Shape: Round
Theme: Flowers
This beautiful little pendant is so delightful, with its highly detailed leaves gently surrounding a blue zircon. The zircon is 5mm in diameter and the leaves extend the overall diameter to 16mm. This is just a gorgeous piece, who wouldn’t be lucky to own it – this certainly reminds me of a four leaf clover! The reverse has a makers mark of (I think) EFG alongside a full hallmark indicating 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1962.
The weight is 1.70g.
Please note as is very common with zircon, there is a tiny bit of wear to the facets, but this is does not affect its use, price reflects the imperfection.
