It reminds me of a wheel with a central raised stone and eight “spokes,” all with a single diamond set into them. In total the setting is 10mm in diameter and is fully hallmarked 18ct gold, dating to 1990. Look at the photos and you can see the thickness of the band, this is a substantial ring for its size.
The weight is a solid 3.10g.
