This is by the nicest padlock I have come across for some time. In lovely condition, this is engraved to both the front and back. The heart portion is 18mm by 14mm, including the clasp the overall size is 25mm. The rear has a makers mark of JG&S for John Grinsell and Sons. There is also a full hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1903.
The weight is 3.49g.
