How beautiful is this heart padlock? An Edwardian piece, it is in fantastic condition for its age and the clasp is still fully working, opening and closing on applied pressure. The heart portion is 19mm by 16mm, with the overall size including the clap being 25mm. The rear displays the makers mark RHB for RH Thornton and it was assayed as 9ct gold ini Birmingham in 1909.
The weight is 3.45g.
