This cute pendant is a cornicello which is a traditional Italian good luck talisman. The name translates from Italian, perhaps unsurprisingly, as little horn. This particular example has a twisted design which is 40mm in length and 8mm wide.
The makers mark is A & R and it is hallmarked 9ct gold, dating to 1991. The weight is 1.60g.
