This cute pendant is a cornicello which is a traditional Italian good luck talisman. The name translates from Italian, perhaps unsurprisingly, as little horn. This particular example is a simple plain style being 19mm in length and 5mm at the widest point. There is a very faint hallmark to the top which can be seen with a loupe (but I cant quite capture on photo) indicating 9ct gold and ALY which I assume given the item is likely for Italy.
The weight is 0.66g.
