Chunky Opal and Garnet Ring in 9ct Gold, a UK L 1/2 or a US 6 1/4

This substantial ring has a solid and quality feel to it. There are five stones within the setting, three garnets and two opals. The setting at its widest point is 8mm. Of particular interest is the shoulders of this one, a lot of thought has gone into this design. The makers mark of KP is alongside the hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1976.

The size is a UK L 1/2 or a US 6 1/4, weight is 4.36g.
