I don’t often come across cat pendants, so it was an easy decision to fetch this beauty back for the shop. This highly detailed long haired cat has emerald eyes and is a substantial weight, so will need a stout chain. Even though cats always seem very regal, I think Matilda looks quite sad here, maybe she just needs a new home to love her.
In a sitting position with her tail curled around her, she is 17mm ears to paw and 14mm paw to tail, 10mm wide. She has a sponsor or makers mark of S & S, alongside a hallmark for 9ct gold, having been assayed in London in 1955.
Her weight is 9.04g.
