This super carnelian ring has a fabulous deep orange stone which seems to glow in the sunshine. The stone is reputed to boost self esteem and confidence. For me personally that fiery warmth certainly picks me up when I wear it. The stone is 12mm by 9mm , the rope edge effect brings the overall setting size to 15mm by 12mm. The shank bears a maker or sponsors mark of S & Co alongside a partial hallmark indicating 9ct gold. The ring was assayed in Birmingham but does not have a specific date mark.
The weight is 4.18g.
