This delightful vintage cameo caught my eye due to the decorative border surrounding the cameo. I think this is lovely and really frames the piece to perfection. The shell is 12mm by 9mm, overall the setting is 16mm by 14mm.
There is a full hallmark indicating 9ct gold, having been assayed in Birmingham in 1967. The weight is 3.24g.
