Star sapphire anyone? Don’t mind if I do! This synthetic oval sapphire has a certain otherworldly quality and even displays a star in the right conditions. The stone is 9mm x 7mm, overall the setting is 10.5mm wide. The stone is further enhanced by diamond accents to the shoulders.

There is a full hallmark for Birmingham and 2007 and the weight is 3.93g.
